Centre Support & Onboarding

Facilities & Staffing Requirements

To maintain our academic standards, your centre will need to meet minimum requirements:

Facilities:

• Classrooms or training space (if offering face-to-face delivery)
• Reliable internet access for blended or online learning
• Basic IT infrastructure (computers/projectors/etc.)

Staff:

• Qualified tutors or trainers (UKXpress can provide training if needed)
• A designated centre coordinator or administrator
• Technical support (for digital delivery)
